people (Leslie) has a really busy spring with the
AVCA.
Hopefully we'll get back to the normal posting of the pictures

Sunrise. Always a glorious moment in this household. David Stark, Miami, OK stops by to try out his young female BC. David owns Rowdy, Colt's sire. Matt Copeland delivers "Joe' for his dad Cliff. Cliff ranches in near Nara Visa, NM and Matt sells show steers and attends OSU. We stopped in to see Tonya Nix (AVCA secretary) at the Tate Ranch. Ian knows he has the best mom. She let him drive her around the feed lots. They even hit a few mud holes ! Scooter loves this time of the year. She spends hours "eyed" up on the kids. "Praline" and "Brownie" - It's spring - the kids are here. Bill Miller, Pleasanton, KS brought Buck (Hanging Tree Cowdog) for training. He stayed over to watch Ben work the dogs. We had a great visit. Our neighbors the Kessels stop by to see the kids. Dad Mike, Dillon, Mom Debbie, Lili. The family that sings together, stays together. Kelsie, Mom, Lili and "kid." Neighbor Ken Posey and Ernie Groscup work heifers. Ron, Charlie and Jancy Collins drive over from Mammouth Spring, AR with "Earl" to leave for training. Ooooohhhh, ahhhh, Big Goat says Jancy has found the spot. Watch out dog trainers, Jancy has a puppy trial win under her belt over adults on cattle. Dr. Liz Pokorny, Cross 7 Vet with sidekick, Mia the Great Dane, and Matt Fullbright. They stopped by to vaccinate Matt's filly. Darvin Nix, Tate Ranch manager, gives the children and adult sermon at the Welch United Methodist Church. Ken Posey and Bud Highsmith - heifer work again. Ben brought them up with Ken's dog Dietz. Austin Markham debuts with the Cowboy Junction singers Monday night. Austin rocks ! Lyle and Edie Wright, Bluejacket, take a bummer kid.Their son designed and oversaw construction of the Cowboy Junction Church complex. Ben stops by to visit church friend Oliver Woolman, Vinita, OK.
