Wales, Australia were over here to give a stock dog clinic at Vern
and Susan Thorps in Iowa over the 4th weekend. |

Susan Thorp dropped in with Chris and Pauline Stapleton from
Australia. Andy Millaar, Welch, OK picks up Darby, Gary, Robin and
Cody Tullis, Welch, OK pick out and pick up goats, Kessel family
prepares for the Cavalcade Trail Ride to Pawhuska, Russell and Norita
Martin, Copan, OK pick up Hank, Ben's first tomato this year, Welch
Roundup Club Rodeo, Leslie gets Chic ready for Ultimate Cowboy, young billy goats head for the sale barn and more.

down by Weatherford with Susan to pick up Boer goats to
add to their herd. Chris and Pauline stayed on with
cutting horse friends at Weatherford. |

Above we pick up hay from a neighbor. Below our
small group fellas and others got together to hay for
John and Karen Hoodenpyle. John's a bit under
the weather and it was time to hay.

Kessel cleans paint off the barn from Ben's roof
painting. He's helping us our with odd jobs to
earn money for summer camp. Right - There's a downside to
ranching. We'd been doctoring a ewe for a month
and she's dying. Ben was going to put her out of her
misery but she died while he went to get his gun. |
