Albert drove
over Friday morning the 16th. It was a drizzly day,
but that didn't "dampen" Ringo a bit! He brought up
the training calves and Ben worked him for a bit. He
was still rearing to go.
Albert treated
us to lunch at the Welch Hitchin' Post. Good company,
conversation and food! |

Albert brought us a
very special September 11 memorial medallion which his boss at
the Pentagon had given to him. We feel very honored that
he chose us to receive one of these. We tried to take a
photograph today, but it didn't turn out. We're going to
try again on a sunny day. It is silver with red, white and
blue and has the Pentagon on one side and the World Trade Towers
on the other. It says "United We Stand" and "Freedom Is
Not Free..."

Good Morning,
Thursday, January 15th! Jim the horse didn't think it was
a good morning - he woke up with a bellyache. But before
the day got too long he was feeling better. Bucking Billy
and his "Girl" friend can't make up their mind which looks more
interesting - the calf or the horses.
