Lawrence and Johnny McDaniels, Butch Langley, Storms

HAVE A SAFE INDEPENDENCE DAY

Friday, July 2nd.

Above, Lawrence McDaniels' Bell moving the training calves.

Ben took pictures on the way home from Butch and Kathy Langley's. The big cloud in the middle was just southeast of the place. A big storm blew through not too long after he snapped these pictures.  Turned around and came back through and cleared off.

Below, Ben took a picture of Butch when he went over to help pick sweetcorn.  Yummmm.  It was sure good.  Thanks, neighbors!!!!!  Center, Keeper brings in the training calves and right,  "Hoppy" uses mom's horns to scratch an itch!

Below left, Ben tries Bell on the goats.  Right, Ben talks with Lawrence (center) and Johnny McDaniels.  They drove up from Atkins, Arkansas this morning.  They would have made pretty good time coming from east of Ft. Smith, if they hadn't hit the really heavy rains that went through earlier today.  They also suggest not using any internet mapping services to get here They took the scenic tour.  Lawrence runs cows and calves.
