Ranch Rodeo, Bernard and Kay, Ed Hamersley, Randall Hall

Friday, August 6th Craig County Fair and RANCH RODEO !!  Click here for the ranch rodeo pictures.  We had fabulous weather - cool, cool, cool.  Those who didn't take jackets were sorry.  Above Ben check's out some of the vendors.  Below his "Liz" pup "wiping her paws" ???  And the round bale entries.  Don't know which one won, but we liked the horse and tack.

Wednesday, August 4th.  Ed Hamersley and grandson John, Nevada, Missouri and Randall Hall, Poteau, Oklahoma meet up to check out Ed's "Sadie" who's been in training. Ben sends her with an audience.  She had to go to the tree line which is a little farther than it looks.

Above left Bucking Billy looks on. Below Sadie makes 'em jump with that hard heel bite.

Stoney Humble and Trey finally getting caught up on their lawnwork with all the rains.  What a beautiful sunset !!!  That one's for you Al J

Sunday, August 1st.  The "blues" girls left.  Leslie's Katy (16) is blue/tan.  So is "Ears" 9 weeks old.  She'll get darker as she ages.  Below, church visitor - belongs to Pastor Wades son.  Right, Slingshot and Perch in the "tree suite."

Saturday, July 31st we slid over to Carthage to meet brother Bernard and wife Kay for Chinese cuisine.  Ben and Bernard read and discuss "fortunes."  Above right is the new Christian school at Cowboy Junction.  We'll be open for pre - Kindergarten to start.  For more info - click here.
