Albert Snyder, Max & Mary Cooper

Max and Mary Cooper, Drexel, Missouri

Max and Mary drove down Saturday morning with their nice Heeler/Kelpie female, Windy.  They run a herd of purebred Angus cattle and have a trucking transport company.

The kids are all grown now - their first two grandbabies born last year - and they need another hand with the cattle.  As you can see, Windy was "glad" to see goats for the first time.  She walked right up and "introduced" herself !  The goats stayed pretty close to Ben.

Good Morning, Oklahoma!!!  Saturday January 10th.

Friday wound down with B.B. spending the afternoon with the goats in the pasture.  His cute girlfriend above right.  Leslie visiting with Matt Fullbright, Cabin Creek Cattle Co., at our weekly study group.

Our weather has returned to "normal" Thursday the 8th!  Ben was able to leave off one of the clothing layers from the single digit weather earlier this week.  Leslie managed to catch him when he was working Al Snyder's Ringo dog this morning.  Ringo gets the calves all turned around and into the pen for Ben to work some of the other dogs this morning.  Bucking Billy had to come say hi!  He's grown and we're hoping he doesn't find all the places to slip through the corrals!
