Good folks and garden goodies to boot!

July 4th week was fairly quiet.  Harvey and Alice Price of Holdenville dropped in on the 3rd.  They hauled young Jesse (Kelpie female) home with them.

The 4th weekend was pretty quiet for us.  Bluejacket Fire Department puts on quite a fireworks display which we could see from the back porch.

Mya and Jacob, children of Jamie and Alissa Martin, our neighbors, dropped in Wednesday July 9th with garden goodies and a variety of relishes their mom had canned.

Greg has such a busy schedule auctioneering along with his other business enterprises, but was able to make it up, Wednesday the 9th with a couple dogs to leave with Ben.  He actually picked a pretty fair day.  The breeze was fairly cool and the air dry though the temps were well into the 90's.

He and Ben got to visit and try both dogs before he had to head back to Cushing.
