June, July 2007 - Wow, as you can see we have both
been doing whatever gets the work done. The big push for
June and July in addition to our regular work was the church
directory. Whew that's a lot of work. "We" agreed to
put together the activity pages. Ben's typing away so
Leslie can work on graphics. It's a two-man operation around
here. Thanks to all our customers and visitors this summer.
Work was so hectic in the office that Leslie couldn't get out to
take many pictures.

We "borrowed" about 500 head of
Tate Ranch Holsteins to eat down the pasture. Ben is
"tolling" them home with some feed on the back of his tractor.
Don't think it was that easy getting them here. It took almost
2 hours to move them off an adjoining 80 with 2 horses and a
dog. Ben "conditioned" them once they were over here. |

Patch x Hunter pups born the first of
August. They're kitchen babies with this triple-digit
weather. Meet the AVCA Office Cat. We think that's
gonna be his name - Cat. We can't publish any of the others
- he's a mean varmint. Found him crawling in the driveway
when he just fit in our hand. |
