Friday, August 20th - Ben headed over to Nevada, Missouri to Ed Hamersley's.  Ed pictured above with some of his nice younger puppies.  Below neighbor Adam Arnold helps Ed leash-break some youngsters.  Right Ed visits with Wes Spinks from Jericho Springs, Missouri who stopped in to buy a dog.


Thursday, August 19th - Ben slipped up to Bob Apperson's at Welch to look at a couple of young Border Collies.  Bob was feeding his nice set of mares and foals.  Pictured right is his sister Maureen.  She grabbed a goat !


Wednesday, August 20th - Goat Sale Day at Coffeyville, Kansas.  Ben had a B-I-G load he hauled up late afternoon.  She tipped the scale (pictured right) !!


Tuesday, August 19th -  Johnny and Lawrence McDaniels come in from Arkansas to pick up Bell. Pictured below left.   She was gathering not quite a quarter.  Allen and Debbie Cox drive down from Chanute, Kansas with "Liz."  Liz (center) is about 11 months old and thinks she knows what to do with the goats for sure.  Allen and Debbie pictured with Ben.

Monday, August 16th - Fun day with family.  Daughter Gwen, granddaughter Jenny and grandson CJ drove over from Dadeville, Missouri for the day.  Below left - we were blowing bubbles.  That's l - r Gwen, CJ, and Jenny.  The two year old, Mack, and CJ size each other up.  We went to lunch at the Welch Sale Barn cafe - hmmmm-hmmmm-good!


Saturday, August 14th - Garrett's General Store, Bluejacket.  Twila and family purchased the Bluejacket convenience store and just took over.  We went over to "grand open" for lunch.  Pictured - Jerry, son Kyle Carzoli, Twila and Ben busted eating an ice cream sandwich for dessert :>))
