Tuesday, September 30th was a great
day! We had revolving doors. The morning started out
with a fun visit from Dr. Charles Long, Overton, Texas and
William Hetzel, Jennings, Louisiana. Charles and William
are long-time Border Collie breeders and cattlemen. They
talked dogs, worked dogs and when lunch time rolled around, Ed
Hamersley drove in just as we were headed to the sale barn for
lunch. The more the merrier.
After lunch, Charles and William
headed back to Branson to meet their wives where they are
spending the week. The girls got to stay in Branson and
shop all day!
Drizzle started at lunch and lasted
through early afternoon. Ben and Ed whiles away part of
that time at the kitchen table. When it let up they got
the tire feeders unloaded that Ed hauled over and a few dogs
worked.
