The Neal's and Purpose Driven Study Group

Good morning, Oklahoma!!!!  Thursday the 13th started off with a glorious sunrise.  Ben went right to working his training dogs.  Above right is Ed Hamersley's "One."  Below, George Sheets' "Daisy" takes them off the feed bunk and moves them out the gate.

Below, Nasty waiting by the feed bucket.  Center, look close by Chic's right ear - a big white tail!  And the black cat patrol cruising for breakfast.

Victor and Mary Neal of Tulsa, Oklahoma

Victor and Mary drove up Wednesday afternoon with Rita, their nice young border Collie.  Ben gave Rita a go in the small training pen. The Neal's run quite a few momma cows and their other dog is 9 years old.

Victor went home with a training plan and we look forward to seeing Rita in a few months.

Right Victor and Ben discussing training techniques and below, Ben and Rita give the calves a go.

Tuesday the 11th - Neighbors and Friends

Above left - Leslie turned to snap Ben driving the neighbor's cow up to the corner and the cow disappeared.  Seems she found the fence hole she fell out of on the way to the gate.  That's her on the far left in the above picture!  Below some fun pictures from our "Purpose Driven Life" study group.  We are lucky to have young people in our group and they were happy to snap some shots for us.  However, the shutterbug, himself, avoided any photo.  Leslie told the kids to take several shots of the adults to make sure there was at least one with everyone's eyes open and mouths closed.  This was the best - Leslie was the only one with eyes closed and mouth open!
