Dwight and Connie
Newton of Salina, Oklahoma
Dwight
and Connie drove up on Wednesday the 23rd. We had a
great visit. Dwight brought one of his young dogs,
Bill, to play with the calves. Connie and Leslie went
out with them while they worked dogs as you can see by the
pictures. The girls did get in plenty of girl talk
while the guys talked dog.

cooler today Tuesday July 22nd.

Summer is official
in Oklahoma. The central air went on the blink Sunday
night. We were very lucky to have Teal Brothers Heating
and Cooling of Chetopa, Kansas recommended to us. Danny
Teal and his sons made it here, not once, but twice in two days
time during their very busy schedule.

Our neighbor Max
Nidiffer stopped in on his good old tractor Tuesday afternoon
the 22nd. Max and Ruth have their sights set on moving to
town. They recently had a serious inquiry about their
acreage, so Max is getting ready to sell all the farm equipment. |
